I ordered this image from Mo Manning Digital Too and thought she was so precious. I'm still learning how to color my images with the Copics and am trying to perfect skin tones but it requires practice, practice, practice. Its a rainy day here in Kansas City so I'm planning to sit down and learn how to make cute little paper flowers!!!! mel

Tell me more about the copics markers you used. I have not tried them yet.Sue faniam@msn.com
ReplyDeleteThe girl is sweet, and you KNOW I love these colors!!
ReplyDeleteSue, Copic markers are alcohol based markers. I took a Copic class in Atlanta to learn how to correctly use them. Archivers offers a class but they don't really teach the basics of using the markers. Best bet, Hobby Lobby has a limited number of markers. While they are $6.99 which is high, you can use the 40% off coupon. buy the basics colors, give them a try and then decide if you like them. there are many tutorials on the internet for copics that will help with blending and shading. my email address is clifford.wilson@kc.rr.com. Shoot me an email so we can communicate that way. mel
